1. Service Description
IbizaClubbing.com acts as a personal concierge service for party experiences in Ibiza. We provide:

• Customized party itinerary planning

• Access to club tickets, VIP tables & boat experiences

• Booking coordination with local venues

• Note: We are not direct providers of venues or transportation.

2. Lead Process & Obligations

• By submitting our contact form, you request a callback for a free consultation.

• We will contact you via phone/WhatsApp within 24h (Mon-Sun, 9AM-11PM CET).

• No fees apply until you approve a formal booking proposal.

3. Booking & Payments
a) After consultation, you’ll receive a binding offer via email including:

• Final itinerary with venues/dates

• Total price (per person/group)

• Payment deadlines
  b) 30% deposit required to secure bookings. Balance due 7 days pre-arrival.
  c) Prices may change if:

• You modify requested services

• Venues increase prices (proof provided)

• Currency fluctuations >5% (EUR only)

4. Cancellation Policy

• Before deposit paid: No charges

• After deposit:

   

  30+ days pre-arrival: 50% refund
  14-29 days: 25% refund
  <14 days: No refund

• "No-Show" at venues: Full forfeiture

• Force Majeure: Full refund if Ibiza closes venues (gov. order proof required)

5. Liability Limitations
a) We’re not liable for:

• Venue quality changes (e.g., DJ lineup)

• Guest list rejections by clubs

• Third-party services (boats, transport)
  b) Maximum liability = total service fee paid.
  c) Guests must comply with venue rules (dress code, behavior).

6. Intellectual Property
All itineraries, party concepts & website content are © IbizaClubbing.com 2025. Unauthorized sharing/commercial use prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes subject to courts of Ibiza, Spain.
8. Amendments
