We stand by our service, but understand plans can change. Here’s our transparent refund approach:
1. Before Payment

• Our consultation and planning services are 100% free until you approve a formal booking proposal. No charges apply if you change your mind before payment.

2. After Deposit (30%)
Once you pay your deposit to secure bookings:

• Cancellation 30+ days before event: 50% of deposit refunded

• Cancellation 15-29 days before event: 25% of deposit refunded

• Cancellation <15 days before event: No refund (venues retain fees)

Example: For a €1,000 deposit:

• Cancel 40 days out → €500 refund

• Cancel 20 days out → €250 refund

• Cancel 5 days out → €0 refund

3. After Final Payment (70%)
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your arrival:

• Cancellations after full payment follow the same tiered policy above, applied to your total amount paid.

• No refunds for unused portions of your package (e.g., skipping one club night).

4. Special Circumstances

• Venue closures/event cancellations: Full refund for affected experiences

• Medical emergencies: 75% refund with doctor’s note (provided >72h before event)

• Travel disruptions: Case-by-case review (e.g., flight cancellations) - we’ll work with venues to recover funds

5. Changes & Modifications

• Group size reductions: Refund difference only if venues approve smaller group pricing

• Package upgrades: Pay the difference anytime

• Date changes: Free first change >30 days out; €50 fee thereafter

6. How to Request a Refund
Email info@ibizaclubbing.com with:

• Your booking ID

• Reason for cancellation

• Proof for special cases (e.g., medical note)
  We respond within 48 hours and process refunds within 14 business days.

7. Important Notes

• Refunds exclude payment processing fees (3%)

• "No-shows" forfeit all payments

• Approved refunds return via original payment method
